Delivery & Returns

We offer free UK delivery on orders £60 and over via Evri (MyHermes).
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product once the order has been dispatched


We send all International orders via Royal Mail Tracked. Please contact for accurate shipping and delivery times, as these will vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. 


We offer 28 days full refund or store credit, 110% of your order value. Customised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email our Customer Services team at    

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer 

Here is how you easily handle your return: 

  • Contact hello@eachpeachbaby within 28 days of receiving your order, to request an authorisation number. Please explain the reason for return, request a credit note or a refund, and reference your order number
  • Once the return has been authorised you will be issued a RA#. You then have another 14 days to return the goods
  • Packages received after this period or without a RA# will not be accepted
  • Please note that Each Peach Baby is not responsible for the transit costs to return items, unless a product has a fault
  • Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an insured delivery service

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them
  • Customised shoes and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items
  • Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in the original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the store credit or refund within 14 days.  Where a store credit is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs and will be sent via email to be available to use immediately through our online store for 6 months


If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on so we can arrange a replacement for you. In most cases you will need to provide photo evidence and/or return it to us before we can replace it or refund you.

Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an insured delivery service.

  • Store credit refunds available for gift returns
  • No refunds will be given on gifts, unless refunded directly to the purchaser’s card. The purchaser will be notified by email
